After an amazing dinner last night of salmon AND steak, today I was craving veggies!
1/2 pkg coleslaw mix (about 1/2 head shredded cabbage)
Juice of one lemon
1/4 bottle goddess dressing
several tbsp sugar (to taste)
drizzle soy sauce
heaping drizzle olive oil
cover in rice vinegar
put inside large tupperware container and shake, shake, shake! Eat immediately or let stand for a few hours in the fridge.
