Power to the peepul smoothie

1/2 c Orange Juice
1/4 c 100% Cranberry Juice
1/4 c Pomegranate Kefir
1 sm. Lemon, seeded, a scrap of peel left on
Frozen mixed berries
Frozen Pineapple
Handful spinach

Delish, and not too sweet.

Last nite I made stir fry which was pretty darn good until I ate 2 giant servings, then I felt quite ill. Too many mushrooms! Tofu, onions, mushrooms, and spinach, fried on med with dashes of garlic powder, sliced candied ginger, sri racha, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce, over brown rice. I’m cooking my own brown rice to pinch a few pennies these days, after a few years of buying it premade-frozen. If you have the time it’s much cheaper.
