Smug smoothie

Today’s smoothie is over the top with health.

(measurements approximate)

1 cup unsweetened, plain kefir
1 steamed beet
3/4 cup spinach
1/4 c Frozen mixed berries
1/4 c frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 T honey
2 T ground flaxseeds
1 T chia seeds

blend and enjoy! It’s aggressively fresh and you can taste the veggies, plus it’s my lowest-sugar smoothie yet, but is actually still quite tasty! I was inspired by looking at all the tasty-but-expensive fruit-and-vegetable¬†smoothie bar concoctions at Central co-op.
